LED紅外發射管工作原理和應用

LED芯片使用過程中經常遇到的問題
1.正(zheng)向(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降低(di),暗光(guang)A:一(yi)種是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)與發(fa)光(guang)材(cai)料為歐姆(mu)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu),但接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)大,主(zhu)要由(you)材(cai)料襯底(di)低(di)濃(nong)度(du)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)缺損所致。B:一(yi)種是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)與材(cai)料為非歐姆(mu)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu),主(zhu)要發(fa)生在芯(xin)片電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)制備過程(cheng)中蒸發(fa)第一(yi)層(ceng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)時的(de)擠壓(ya)印或夾印,分布位(wei)置。另外封裝過程(cheng)中也可能造(zao)成(cheng)正(zheng)向(xiang)(xiang)壓(ya)降低(di),主(zhu)要原因有銀(yin)膠固(gu)化不(bu)充分,支架或芯(xin)片電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)沾(zhan)污等造(zao)成(cheng)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)大或接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)不(bu)穩定。正(zheng)向(xiang)(xiang)壓(ya)降低(di)的(de)芯(xin)片在固(gu)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)測試時,通過芯(xin)片的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流小,從(cong)而(er)表現(xian)暗點,還有一(yi)種.....
